Current Accounts Assistant Jobs in Uganda: It has evolved remarkably since it started full operations in February 2013 and has since proven skeptics wrong and remains a paradigm in the micro-lending industry. Over the last couple of months, KHL Micro finance has been transformed into a viable enterprise, which stands to the credit of the visionary Board of Directors and the management.
Current Accounts Assistant Jobs in Uganda: It now has remarkable clientele base of close to 419 customers both in the formal and informal sector, majority of which has been provided credit facilities in various degrees so far.
The management team has a strong understanding of the sector and is working hard to achieve the aim of developing the company to a self-sustaining MFI within the next five years.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The accounts assistant will Process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts,
- Posts financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system, prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make bank deposits and prepare reports, compile and review information for accuracy and maintain records.
Qualifications, skills and responsibility
- A diploma in accounting and finance preferably and any other related business course with an accounting background.
- Computer literate
- Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
- Strong analytical skills
