Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Organize all the brand marketing activities in the different units
2. Mentor and supervise teams to a successful execution of brand marketing programs such as trade fairs, end-user demonstrations and promotions.
3. Supervise and plan for all brand events & promotions
4. Actively participate in the development of the Local and Export marketing campaigns.
5. Support in the management of the brand advertising budget, Media proposal assessments, contract renewals and reviewing monitoring agency reports
6. Assist in the management of the brand advertising budget, Media proposal assessments, contract renewals and review of the monitoring agency reports.
7. Routinely analyze market research information & competition trends
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. The Brand Marketing Supervisor should hold a bachelor’s degree with a bias in Marketing
2. Professional qualification like CIMA is an added advantage
3. One to two years’ experience working with market research, FMCG Company and R&D
4. Excellent communication & collaboration skills
5. Proven marketing leadership & ability to influence cross-functional teams
6. High degree of Professionalism
7. Good Customer care & relationship skill
