Job Summary:
Goldstar Insurance Jobs: The Customer Care Officer will manage the task of Customer Care and satisfaction to ensure retention of all clients and growth of customer base. The incumbent will collect feedback from clients and ensure service delivery standards are maintained.

- Prior experience in a customer service role is desired
