Position Overview
The Internet Assistant will primarily manage all training Logistics and Administrative needs.

PRINCIPLE TASKS & RESONSIBILITIES:
 The incumbent will maintain the usage registration system for the Cafe- and collect Revenues.
 Offer cordial front line customer service and answer questions and solve problems regarding all
issues related to the Internet Cafe.
 Maintain Internet Cafe room in a neat, clean and organized manner from time to time by the CTA
Administrator
 Perform any other duties as assigned by the CTA Administrator.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 The applicants should hold computer proficiency in MS Office 2007 particularly MS Word, MS
PowerPoint, MS Excel, Internet and Email.
 The ability and willingness to learn other types of technology including all training systems and
equipment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Prepare the payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries every month
  • Make statutory and other approved deductions i.e. P.A.Y.E, NSSF, Union dues among others
  • The incumbent will ensure remittance of payments as per the approved payment schedule
  • Process staff loan applications and submit loan repayment to the bank
  • Prepare separation documents for exiting staff
  • Process expatriate documentation with immigration i.e. Work permits, special passes, dependent passes and accommodation.
  • Prepare and submit reports on head count, payroll, utility bills and leave balances for management review
  • Maintain accurate personnel records
  • Provide secretarial and general administration support in the Human Resource and Administration section.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, prioritizes, assigns and supervises procurement of goods and services for ACALISE in liaison with ACALISE management
  • Reviews, analyses and recommends procurements to ACALISE management and Procurement Committee after competitive bidding
  • Ensures compliance with PPDA and World Bank Procurement procedures

  • Computer literacy i.e. experience in use of Microsoft office applications i.e. word, excel and power point.

This job includes supporting the DMME Officer on monitoring and development of mobile monitoring tools with field staff. It involves beneficiary data collection, data cleaning, loading, exporting and importation of data. The incumbent will be responsible for weekly & monthly e-shilling top ups and management of records; The job include assisting extension workers in troubleshooting on hardware, vendor gadgets/equipment with direct communication with the service provide; developing e-invoices and documents for audit and planning logistics and materials needed for the activities to be carried out.

  • One year of professional experience
