Job details: Barclays Bank of Uganda Limited has exceptional and exciting opportunities for suitably qualified professionals to join the Retail department in Uganda to provide support to the in-country growing branch network.
Positions: Lead Generators (50)
Location: Different parts of the country
Job purpose:
To achieve agreed sales targets in line with the business objectives through pro-active selling of the bank’s retail and business banking assets, liabilities and credit card products.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling & cross selling of Bank’s consumer lending products
- Participate in sales campaigns to meet specific targets
- Provide excellent customer service at all times when dealing with both external and internal customers
Competencies required to undertake the role:
- Good oral communication
- Good selling/influencing skills
- Presentation skills
- Listening skills
- Networking skills
- Computer skills
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma
- Product sales experience
