DIRECT SALES EXECUTIVES
Job Role: Individuals filling the above positions in the Advertising Department will develop, maintain and increase a solid client base by selling advertising airtime, commercial productions and providing a holistic client service relations plan in order to optimize advertising budgets and achieve set revenue targets to clients so as to maximize broadcasting sales volumes and revenue targets.
· Are you a graduate with a university degree?
· Do you have the clout and persuasion skills?
· Do you have experience in broadcast/digital sales?
· Can you develop and nurture relationships with agency/direct clients with an aim of maximizing revenues?
· Do you possess media buying skills?
· Are you an excellent communicator?
· Do you have in-depth understanding of the media industry in Uganda?
Required Abilities & Abilities:
· Basic University degree
· 2 years working experience (Experience in the media industry will be an added advantage)
· Process a creative mind and be able to think outside the box
· Knowledge of marketing communications mix and research fundamentals is mandatory
