Job Description
Key Duties and responsibilities include;
– Prepare, dispatch and ensure safe delivery of all outgoing documents
– Preparation / Collection of parcels or deliveries
– Preparation of monthly staff reports
– Recording and updating on all staff records and contacts
– Manage the archive to ensure easy future references
– Relay information to management
– Order and receive office supplies
– Keep telephone records in an accountable manner

Position Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
– Mastery of office software (MS Word, Excel)
– Strong interpersonal skills
– High level of integrity and commitment
– Good communication skills
