Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Unit Manager, the Insurance Agent will be responsible for taking on the financial and risk management advisory role through marketing and
selling Life Assurance policies in the Ugandan Market with the following as the key performance indicators;
a. Identify markets, schedule meetings with potential clients and acquire business
b. Maintain consistency in performance and set targets
c. Avail excellent customer care to clients
d. Maintain strong industry knowledge on pertinent facts
Minimum Requirements:
a. Qualifications and experience: Minimum of A Diploma from a reputable institution.
b. Experience: Experience in sales or research or entrepreneurship is an added advantage.
However, Graduates with no experience but with a trainable attitude are encouraged to apply.
c. Age: 22 – 34 years

a. Effective communication skills
b. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
c. Should be smart and presentable
