Roles and Responsibilities
- Create about 30 tomcard clients monthly
- Create client cards and arrange necessary paperwork to be sent to customers after internal approvals
- Recharge customer cards and manage downloaded credits for the pre-paid cards observing internal procedures and controls
- Transfer of balance from one card to another
- Managing to blacklist stolen, lost and stop cards for non-payment
- Compilation of data for card and subscription fees invoicing
- Revalidation of expired/blocked cards
- Issuing of PIN codes to clients
- Updating the card stock report
- Assist in the filling of section documents
- Attending to the card center calls in the back office
- Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of a University degree in any discipline or it’s equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Computer knowledge
- Good communication and customer care skills
- Administrative knowledge
