Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) Profile:
The Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) is established as a Statutory Body under the Uganda Registration Services Bureau Act Cap. 210. The Bureau is a key player in commercial, Civil and Intellectual Property Rights Registration that facilitate private sector development and vital statistics for national planning.
Job Profile:
The Office Attendant will provide support to all activities of the office deployed to.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Opens and closes office
- Supervises cleaners
- Delivers and receives mails for the office
- Prepares and serves tea to staff
- Stamps the documents as required
- Carries out photocopying as required
- Ensures safety of office equipment
- Perform any other duties assigned by the officers
Minimum Qualifications:
- The ideal applicant should at least hold a Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (A’ Level)
- Effective written and oral communication skills in the English language
- A high-level integrity
