Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. public health, social sciences, demography, biostatistics or the like)
- Evidence of Additional hands-on training, coaching and mentorship in Monitoring and Evaluation
- Experience in M&E data collection and data entry
- Evidence of Microsoft Office (computer) skills
- Familiarity with the management of information systems, and use of electronic databases
- Good working knowledge of major databases and analytical programs including MS Access, MS Excel, STATA, SPSS and Epi Data will be an added advantage
- Strong skills in teamwork and networking;
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills;
- Self-starter, Results-oriented and able to deliver in a highly demanding environment
- Strong quality orientation
- A healthy attitude towards work
- Resilient
- Fluent in oral and written English
