Job Profile:
The primary role of a Process Technologist Trade is to proactively support business strategy by providing Supply Chain and Trade expertise which enhances the competitive position of Coca-Cola brands and corporate image with customers and consumers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Apply understanding of business strategy, processes, and products.
• Communicate and implement customer requirements to enhance compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor, measure, and control trade quality processes
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage the quality system.
• Initiate and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety, health, and environment standards
• Manage human resources in the process area
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications
• Minimum requirement: BSc degree in Food Technology, Chemistry/Biochemistry or Microbiology, or related field
• Added advantage: KORE Operation requirements, ISO standards on QMS, EMS, OHSAS 18001/45001 and/or NOSA System, FSSC 22000
Experience
• Minimum of three years relevant experience in a FMCGs and at least a year in leadership role.
Competencies
• Must possess good analytical ability and problem-solving skills,
• Good oral & written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to provide strong leadership and motivation
• Must be a change activist and
• Must have good influential skills
