Job Profile
Responsible for maintaining inventories, ordering new items, placing products on shelves, pulling our expired items, and keeping records of transferred merchandise.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
- Manage and train store staff.
- Plan promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
- Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Mediate any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalate the situation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in Procurement and supply chain management or a degree in other related fields.
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
- Excellent written presentation, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
