Job Profile:
The Fields Sales Representative is a position leading to an executive position after 6 months of successful business development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell Pearl Castings Uganda
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Analysis of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sale effort efforts the lead management with the Sales team and other departments
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative-knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity CRM practices and leads funnelling
- Highly motivated individual
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Soft-skills Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
