Job Summary:
The Officer Strategy Planning & Implementation primarily implements the Corporate Strategic and Annual Work Plan Processes. The incumbent will assist together information in Monitoring and reporting on the Implementation of the Strategic and the Annual Corporate Plan Performance against Set Targets
Minimum Qualifications
- The applicant must hold an Honors degree in any of the following fields; Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Development Finance and Banking or any other related discipline from a recognized University / Institution.
- Post graduate qualification in Risk or Project Management is added advantage.
- Two (02) years of progressive working experience in Strategy design and implementation field in a busy commercial entity
- Exposure in designing organizational strategy requirements is desirable.
- Proficiency in computer skills in analytical software packages i.e. SPSS or SAS is desirable
