Ceylex Engineering, formerly known as LTL Projects is a Diversified Engineering Organisation engaged in the engineering and construction of large scale.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The ideal applicant must hold a degree in Accounting & Finance from a reputed university
- Completed level (3) in CPA or similar qualification
- At least two years’ experience in a similar capacity in a reputed local or foreign organisation
- Previous experience in an engineering or construction related entity shall be an added advantage.
- IT Literacy and Excellent command of English
- With expose to ERP environment, SAP & QB preferred
