Mildmay Uganda is an indigenous Christian NGO that offers General and HIV/AIDS medical services also providing technical support for Ministry of Health Systems to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services.
Job Summary:
The Programme Support TB/HIV Officer will be based in a cluster to provide technical and programmatic leadership in project strategy and implementation of TB/HIV interventions that result in accelerated HIV epidemic control and achievement of other project targets in the supported regions and projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Clinical & Community Medicine.
- Three years of experience in the field of primary health care with in-depth technical knowledge of TB, TB/HIV or related infectious disease programs.
- S/he must demonstrate subject matter expertise in TB and TB/HIV co-infection prevention, diagnosis and management with technical proficiency in design, implementation, and M&E for similar projects/programs
