Ankole Coffee Producers Co-operative Union Limited – ACPCU LTD is a Fair Trade Certified and Organic certified by CERES GmbH coffee processing and exporter organization based in Ishaka, Bushenyi Municipality located along the Mbarara Kasese high way in Uganda, East Africa purely owned by farmers and registered under the registrar of co-operatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translating society vision, mission and objectives into action
- Preparing business plans, annual plans and budgets
- Maintaining up-to-date books, records and accurate accounts
- Preparing and presentations of periodic financial and operating reports
- Implementing societies policies and operating guidelines
- Preparations of the monthly board and general meetings
Minimum Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must hold a diploma in business studies (Accounting option with second class upper).
- Two years in a similar position within a busy and reputable organization.
- Also, knowledge of any sustainable production and/or food systems standards will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in Runyankole (Local) Language.
