Job Summary:
This is an experiential learning role that provides learning opportunity in supporting the IT Team and the business in maintaining and supporting end-users and general IT support for the center.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Direct the development, implementation, and administration of all IT.
- Perform Project management of IT initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
- Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
- Oversee hiring, staffing, training, disciplining and performance appraisals.
- Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets.
- Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements.
- Manage internal/external application upgrades.
- Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
- Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services.
- Create strategic goals and convert to easily implemented plans.
- Manage external vendor’s relationships and services.
Minimum Qualifications
Person Specifications Academic Qualifications
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT
- Professional IT certificates as requirements
Experience Requirement:
- Computer hardware and software systems and programs
- Computer networks, network administration, Network installation
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
- Computer troubleshooting

- Demonstrate high levels of integrity.
- Ability to communicate both inside and outside the organization, Formal presentation.
- Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize.
- Quality work output contributes to team success, initiating action, applied learning.
