RIHAM has grown into a well-known household brand over the years and has greatly captured the support of the mass market. The brand currently operates a broad product portfolio comprising of Carbonated Soft Drinks, Natural Mineral Water, Juices, Malt & Energy Drinks, Premium and other biscuits.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Create and maintain general purchase orders and ensuring delivery dates are being met
- Follow up with suppliers on backorders and confirm estimated time of arrival
- Purchase office supplies and other consumables for various departments
- Follow up supplier payments to ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining purchase records
- Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors.
- Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analysing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Performs any other task as per management request
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelors in Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline
- Working experience with SAP
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
