Prestige Driving School is an Institution that caters for all your driving needs, whether you are a first time, partly trained or experienced driver. Our instructors are highly skilled, using the training materials and aids that are useful for making learning easier, enjoyable and interactive.
At Prestige Driving School, we teach and train our learners how to become the safe drivers of tomorrow. With the backing of our competent staff, we aim at providing the highest level of driver training in Uganda, with the objective of equipping learners with defensive driving skills.
Job Summary:
The Telemarketer will provide quick and on time on line services to clients and attend to their complaints promptly and solve them in a timely manner.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Explain prices of services and answer questions from customers.
- Telephone potential customers and make a follow up on initial sales contacts.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers about the services
- Shares the selling points for the services rendered or offered by the company.
- Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
- Calls potential customers to sell services
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
- Contact private individuals or prospective clients got from inquiries in order to solicit sales for services.
- Responds to contacts for information in a business-like and timely manner.
- Share best on line marketing practices with the customer relations team.
- Promote positive relations with on line clients and serving them promptly.
Qualifications:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in any business-related course
- Any relevant work experience.
- Any other certificates and accreditations in sales is an added advantage.
- Excels at customer service
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
- Communicates effectively on the phone.
- Uses phone etiquette best practices
- Learns about new services quickly
- Knows how to market each service
- Works well independently and is good at time management
- He/she must not give in on the first negative answer from potential clients but persist in informing the customer about their services.
- Focus and determination. He/she must focus on sales results during a set scheduled earnings period for the company.
Note that successful candidates will be required to travel to our head office in Bugolobi Kampala for training and induction at their own cost and thereafter deployed immediately. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
