Entebbe Handling Services (ENHAS) Uganda Profile

Entebbe Handling Services (ENHAS) ensures smooth handling of passengers from check-in to boarding, offering a warm experience for over 2000 air travellers daily. Safety is at the heart of everything we do. ENHAS provides assistance to passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, the blind, deaf, those with reduced mobility and the elderly. We verify and advise about the authenticity of travel documents, check in passenger baggage and help you through immigration and security procedures.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Diploma level of education, IATA Training or Travel Agency training is an added advantage.
  • Credits in Mathematics and English at O’ Level.
  • At least two years’ work experience in customer service industry is preferred.
  • You must have recently completed a Diploma or Degree from recognized Vocational or Tertiary institutions and must have graduated in not earlier than 2019.
  • Diploma or Degree in: O Air Travel Operations, Travel and Tourism, Front Office
  • Operations and Customer Care Management, Air Cargo, International Flight Management, Customs Clearing and Forwarding, Airport Fundamentals, Cabin Crew, and Airport Operations / Ramp Services, Statistics, Business Statistics.
  • You should have a credit and above for Diploma and 2nd Class and above for Degree Holders
