Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
Roles and responsibilities:
Activities
- Develop plans and budgets for the Usage and retention section in line with the business objectives
- Manage AM Retail & Corporate buckets to maximize company revenue
- Support in Monitoring and tracking the revenue bucket performance in line with agreed KPI’s
- Develop and implement loyalty and churn management initiatives and campaigns
- Plan and monitor Monthly / Quarterly and Annual Actuals vs. Budgeted allocations for Airtel money
- Monitor and ensure that the timelines are met as per the BPA Calendar
- Report functional planning scores for monthly / Quarterly / annual Flash and forecasting
- Recommend actionables to improve effectiveness of forecasting by functions
- Review planning models to capture information which will enhance the quality of the flash and forecasting process
- Ensure the Planning Efficiency Tracker (‘PET’) ratings are achieved
- Monitoring the DOA guidelines for budgeted and unbudgeted capex and Opex
- Adherence to AOP guidelines for CAPEX and OPEX
BI
- Market research to facilitate understanding of customer behaviours
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2-years’ working experience with a bit of knowledge in Telecom branding, products, pricing, strategic planning. An experience in revenue collection is an added advantage
- Education background: Degree in any field
