Job Summary:
Support fiber on all Fiber Network operations as may be assigned by Fiber manage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and follow-on Fiber preventive maintenance in the system, generate PM report weekly
- Support on follow up on all escalations from the customer.
- Support and follow-on material requests from field technicians.
- Support and follow up on fiber tracker escalations with the field technicians.
- Coordinate with Field technicians on material usages and report.
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree in telecommunication engineering any other related field.
- Excellent computer skill, Microsoft office.
- Good report skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of fibre network architectures and network topologies
- 1+ years of network experience in fibre services industry
- Demonstrates active listening skills with customers and internal teams
