Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
Job Summary:
Manages company sales, market trends and stocks in the market through exemplary stock management and liaisons with team members.
Roles and responsibilities:
- To follow up on all sales men by making sure they have their trial balances and forecasts on time and work accordingly.
- To maintain sales by building relationship with existing customers.
- To coordinate the sales team in developing the market and conduct field research.
- To follow up on all the aging and make sure that all sales men avoid late payments of customers on account.
- To follow up on the sales team, statement of accounts, and credit agreements for credit customers.
- To follow up on marketing channels like radio adverts, sign boards to mention but a few.
- To follow up on the sales team to make sure they send in their daily report.
- To offer grace root training and orientation to new staff in our department.
- Following the market trends i.e., new products on the market, price changes and out of stocks.
- Regular trainings for sales reps. on marketing skills, product technical knowledge, sales, communication skills and overall field propaganda.
- Any other duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Marketing.
- Master’s Degree is a Plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales.
- English Language Proficiency.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency.
- Works well with deadlines.
- Strong time management skills.
- Data Entry Skills.
- Ability to diagnose business needs and understand how to read and interpret business financials and generally understand numbers.
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Excellent System Orientation.
- Good Managerial Skills.
- Strong Organization.
- Detail-Oriented.
- Strong Team Player.
