Job Title: Graduate Trainees – Legal and Board Affairs

Organization: Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA)

Duty Station: Uganda

 

Job Summary:

To assist the legal and Board affairs team in the provision of legal advisory services and setting relevant standards to meet the expectations of PPDA stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the review of the PPDA Act, 2003 and Regulations
  • Assist in reviewing PPDA Guidelines and Circulars.
  • Assist in reviewing Standard Bidding documents
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, Memoranda of Understandings and
    Addenda,
  • Assist in drafting standard letters
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications for this job:

Honours (1st Class and 2nd Class Upper) Bachelors’ Degree in Law
