Roles and responsibilities

  • Support CID volume targets of Construction and Infrastructure development portfolio
  • Execution of the Affiliates B2B strategy for the Construction and Infrastructure Development Segment
  • Study the market to understand and/or identify changes in clients requirements/needs and competitor initiatives with the view of adopting the company’s B2B approach and developing solutions to meet these requirements within the segment
  • Develop and maintain an effective relationship with the customers
  • Manage tenders and lead the effort on prospection, acquisition and growth of the segment
  • Take ownership of processes aimed at delivering the overall objective of commercial results and maintain alignment with TEMUL commercial strategy
  • Follow up on new and maintenance of Consignment site projects
  • Manage the cost and pricing of the products, services and solutions offered to clients in the segment to ensure the sales volume and margins generated are aligned to the company’s objectives.
  • Monitor and contribute accounts of each their clients versus the targets set per customer, profitability studies for projects and conduct postmortem analysis for the projects within their portfolio.
  • In charge of decade and monthly invoicing of customers
  • Ensure accounts are within the terms set in the contract as well as internally for financial risk management (e.g. invoicing, credit limit, credit days, overdues, quarterly balance statements confirmation, comments for credit board)
  • Support Oil and Gas projects requirements (pricing and invoicing of clients)
  • Quarterly HSEQ Site audits and monthly safety reporting (2/month)
  • Prepare a weekly/monthly activity calendar with agenda and defined outcomes for implementation / Improvement of overall segment productivity and management
  • Act as the project manager for solutions offered to clients, ensuring timely and satisfactory execution
  • Continually improve the working systems for efficiency and control.
  • Implement and monitors corporate health, Safety, environment and quality Standards/requirements in all the B2B activities.
  • Work with Technical to close any gaps between customer and technical team

 

Minimum Qualifications for this job:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, International Business or any other related Degree from a reputable University.
  • At least one year of working in sales in a similar or related industry.
  • Customer-oriented and positive attitude
