Project summary:
This task involves providing assistance to the Project Coordinator in identifying potential donors, developing new project proposals, reviewing existing ones and writing concept notes.
The online volunteer will also provide support to the Project Coordinator on strategic thinking and provide or share ideas on how to look/target for donors, foundations and humanitarian/development agencies.
The online volunteer will not submit any funding requests on behalf of our organization. The project Coordinator will work together with the volunteer on the development of this project. EACO will be able to help the volunteer by providing guidance and necessary information about our activities.
It is anticipated that this will occur over email, and via telephone and Skype. It is expected that the volunteer will work in conjunction with EACO staff members on a short-term 12 weeks maximum.
