  1. Brand & Marketing Manager


• Coordinate design concepts, brand application and maintenance across all Service points in line with the branding standards in order to ensure consistency of the brand across all brand touch points.

• Manage brand application and usage in a standardized manner across all communication points; Branded items, Stationery, Print media, Outdoor advertising, TV, and Radio.

• Monitor the Bank brand through brand audits and mystery shopping to ensure uniformity, consistency, and relevance of the brand across all brand touch points.

• Take the lead in the coordination and execution of any initiatives relating to segment/channel targeted events, ensuring proper coordination of suppliers and participants on the ground, crowd management and security, brand visibility, among other things.

• Liaise with branches and business units in planning and implementing key segment internal and external communication plans aligned to the Bank’s Business growth plans.

• Keep track of all Segment marketing activity spends in line with approved marketing and product development budget.

  1. Communications Manager


• Develop a robust communications strategy which will bolster the bank’s brand, image and reputation through consistent messaging and innovative communication methodologies.

• Oversee all internal and external communications for the bank, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging.

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.

• Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, and advertising materials.

• Deliver internal and external communications and messages through different communication channels and modalities such as but not limited to the company’s website, social media, newsletters, press releases, publications, online events, etc.

• Oversee the bank’s social media content, strategy and communications.

• Lead creation of video and audio content to support the bank’s communications strategy.

  1. Marketing Officer – Brand & Sponsorships


• Design and execute comprehensive Product, Marketing and Service strategies in line with the Bank’s business objectives to augment the Bank’s market position.

• Manage end to end process for all media campaigns, as well as execution across all media channels inclusive of TV, Radio, Digital, Print, and Paid Social.

• Manage brand studies and consumer research on products and services and recommend changes on the Bank’s strategies based on results and findings.

• Ensure the ambience / branding of the branches, Wendi Agents is in line with the Bank’s vision with frequent brand audits for quality control.

• Drive new ideas and day to day marketing department operations.

• Creation and placement of advertising that is in support of the bank’s initiatives through media planning, creative development, metrics, market research, and vendor management.
