Job Title: Management Executive Assistant

Primary Function:
The Management Executive Assistant will enhance the effectiveness of the Executive Leadership Team by providing administrative and information management support.


  • Facilitate meetings and communication with Government officials, Partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the Executive Leadership Team’s schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare business correspondence such as letters, memos, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate and set up all meetings between the Executive Leadership Team and employees.
  • Handle telephone calls, sort mail, and respond to queries.
  • Maintain office supply inventory for the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of personnel issues and company data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related working experience in an International Organization.


  • Experience in the oil & gas industry with knowledge of upstream and downstream operations.
  • Excellent business communication skills, including letter writing, report writing, and email etiquette.
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
