Job Description

Housing Finance Bank, the leading provider of housing finance solutions, is seeking a qualified, versatile, and self-driven individual for the position of Corporate Relationship Manager in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of medium and corporate customers, serving as their primary financial advisor and prospecting new customers to grow the Bank’s revenue.

Grade: HFB 6D
Interacts/interfaces with:

  • Internal: Head of Business & Institutional Banking, Treasury Department, Credit Department, Legal Securities & Registration, Heads of Functions, Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, Business Managers, and Business Bankers.
  • External: Customers, Peers in other banks, Key Business Influencers, Strategic Partners.

Job Purpose:
Manage and grow a portfolio of medium and corporate customers within the Oil & Gas sector. Serve as the primary point of contact and financial advisor, prospecting and acquiring new customers to grow the Bank’s revenue and market share. Develop and implement account plans, recommend and sell solutions that address customer needs, and ensure customer acquisition, satisfaction, growth, and retention.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of medium and corporate customers within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Serve as the primary financial advisor to customers.
  • Prospect and acquire new corporate customers.
  • Develop and implement account plans for the existing portfolio.
  • Recommend, structure, and sell solutions that address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with solution/product teams to meet assigned goals and targets.
  • Ensure customer acquisition, satisfaction, growth, and retention.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of all deliverables.

  • Relevant academic qualifications (diploma or higher)
  • Experience in corporate relationship management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and banking products
  • Understanding of key business cost drivers
