Position 1: Accounts Receivables Accountant
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel accounting or a related field.
- University degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Position 2: IT Personnel
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT within a reputable hotel or a related field.
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests.
- Manage IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Implement and manage hotel IT systems and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
