Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited is a registered SACCO based in Rushere Town Council, Nyabushozi County, Kiruhura District. The SACCO operates in the districts of Kiruhura, Ibanda, Mbarara, Sembabule, Kamwenge, Kyegegwa, and Lyantonde.
Job Summary:
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that control accounts and cash books are reconciled, ledger accounts are accurate and up-to-date, and supplier invoices, taxes, utility bills, etc., are authenticated and settled.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile control accounts and cash books.
- Ensure ledger accounts are correct, complete, and up-to-date.
- Authenticate and settle supplier invoices, taxes, utility bills, etc.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course.
- One year of experience working in a financial institution.
- Integrity.
- Communication skills.
- Result-oriented perseverance.
- Listening skills.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
