About the Company:
Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited is a registered SACCO based in Rushere Town Council. The SACCO operates in the districts of Kiruhura, Kazo, Kamwenge, Ibanda, Mbarara, Sembabule, Kyegegwa, and Lyantonde. We are dedicated to providing financial services to our members with a focus on teamwork, transparency, customer care, professionalism, integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing resources and staff, developing and attaining branch goals, delivering customer service, and growing branch assets and revenues.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations.
- Manage resources and staff.
- Develop and attain branch goals.
- Deliver customer service.
- Grow branch assets and revenues.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum age of 25 years.
- 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of lending procedures is an added advantage.
Competencies:
- Communication skills.
- Result-oriented.
- Organizing and planning skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
