Position Purpose:
To operate and maintain area machinery on time, adhere to cGMP, and uphold proper work ethics to achieve the overall company goal.
Job Roles and Expectations:
- Operate all machines in the packaging area as per SOP and ensure optimal output.
- Ensure cleanliness of the machine and proper maintenance as per SOP.
- Participate and coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Record all unit processes related to machine operations.
- Execute any other duties assigned by the supervisor in line with production activities.
- Operate all machines in the packaging area timely.
- Troubleshoot machine issues in the area.
- Minimize machine rejects and meet daily targets.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance and keep the area and machinery clean.
- Communicate machine breakdowns to the Team Leader timely.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working in a relevant/similar company.
