Summary: We are seeking energetic individuals with a strong grasp of customer service principles to join our customer service call center team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our operational success and engage with our valued clients directly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma
- Good understanding of customer service principles and best practices
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Manage and resolve client complaints effectively.
- Promote and market Unifi Credit products to customers.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Process queries and applications such as employment verification and data checks.
- Route calls to appropriate personnel.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Recognize and report trends in client calls to management.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Actively participate in brand awareness and marketing activities.
- Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable work environment at Unifi.
