Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Loan Consultant to join our team in Iganga. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with loan processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing service role.
- A relevant diploma or degree is preferred but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational:
- Receive, assist, and direct clients in a courteous, efficient, and welcoming manner, projecting a positive, friendly, and professional image.
- Enter all new client details into the client registration system either manually or electronically.
- Check documents and inform applicants of additional requirements and documents needed.
- Ensure all loans are properly documented with accurate and complete information.
- Maintain clients’ right to privacy and confidentiality throughout the loan process.
- Attend to all customer inquiries/questions by delivering first-class customer service.
- Ensure full compliance with the Unifi credit policy.
- Ensure proper cash management.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding products, promotions, and other value-added services.
- Assist the branch in achieving set KPIs and operational goals.
Other Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in all brand awareness and marketing activities.
- Maintain thriving relationships with customers and stakeholders.
