Job Description
Centenary Bank is recruiting for the following positions:
- Security Operations Center Analyst
- Role Profile: Monitor, respond, and proactively manage the security operations center (SOC) in line with the Bank IT Security Policy.
- Salary Band: 2
- Reports to: Manager Cybersecurity Operations
- Database Administrator
- Role Profile: Responsible for the integrity and security of the database. Plan and develop the database, as well as troubleshoot any issues on behalf of the users.
- Salary Band: 3
- Reports to: Manager Database Administration
- Core Banking Systems Analyst
- Role Profile: Perform systems administration on all Data Centre Systems in line with ICT policies and guidelines.
- Salary Band: 2
- Reports to: Core Banking System & Data Centre Supervisor
- Business Intelligence Analyst
- Role Profile: Understand the business goals/needs and prepare BI dash boards for the organization.
- Salary Band: 3
- Reports to: Enterprise Data Office Manager
- Customer Service Consultant
- Role Profile: Manage branch customer experience while identifying and responding promptly to customers’ needs, ensuring a constant high level of service, and taking into consideration Centenary Bank policy and procedures.
- Salary Band: 2
- Reports to: Branch Manager
