Position Overview:

DSPD Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Developer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Canteens) accounts. As an Account Developer, you will play a crucial role in expanding market presence, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within the HORECA sector.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the HORECA segment.
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector, expanding the customer base and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
  • Promotions and Events: Coordinate promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and drive sales within the HORECA sector.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA sector and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
