Role Overview:
Reporting to the CEO, the Program Manager will be responsible for every aspect of management within Era92 Elevate, driving growth and fostering development in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including direct supports, planning, advocacy, stakeholder relations, compliance, safety, financial management, and facility maintenance.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate programs, setting strategic goals for effective service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of staff and volunteers.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and donors.
- Monitor program budgets for financial sustainability and efficiency.
- Develop new initiatives to expand the reach and impact of Era92 Elevate.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend areas for improvement.
- Ensure a safe, healthy environment and meet documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of program management experience, preferably in non-profit or education sectors.
- Understanding of skilling programs, budgeting, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills.
- Passion for social impact and community development.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Reliable, responsible attitude with a compassionate approach and self-drive.
