Job Summary:
Dei BioPharma Ltd. is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Chauffeur/Driver. This is a full-time position with an indefinite appointment, subject to successful completion of the probationary period. The work schedule for this position is 45 hours per week.
Duties:
- Operate Dei BioPharma owned or leased motor vehicles to transport passengers and/or cargo safely and efficiently.
- Work as a messenger as directed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of high school education is required.
- Experience: At least three years of professional driving experience is required.
- Job Knowledge: Must have a good working knowledge of the city and its environs, including driving routes and traffic patterns. Must be familiar with the location of hospitals, police, and fire stations within the city and its immediate surroundings.
Evaluations: (This may be tested)
- Language: English level II (Limited knowledge) Reading/Writing/Speaking is required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must hold a valid driver’s license of classes B & CM for a minimum of 3 years.
- Ability to read maps and plan driving routes.
- Good verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle all persons with professionalism and discretion.
- Able to perform basic vehicle inspection and possess intermediate-level automotive maintenance skills.
- Basic computer skills to maintain reports and for communication purposes.
Additional Requirements:
