Job Summary:
The Division Executive — Sales & Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership within their designated division, overseeing branch infrastructure, sales, and operations. They will drive revenue generation, identify new business opportunities, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, they will uphold the company brand and reputation.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Honor’s degree in business management or related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in a related field.
- Master’s degree in business management or related field is advantageous.
- Professional certification in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Minimum of six years’ experience in sales, marketing, distribution, and operations in financial services, telecom, or FMCG industry.
- At least four years’ experience in a managerial/strategic position overseeing sales functions.
- Strong management skills and experience in digitization to drive sales is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
