Duties And Responsibilities:
- Seek and educate potential Boda Loan customers on Mogo Loans SMC Ltd and its Boda Boda loan products.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Follow up on payment commitments made by customers to ensure compliance.
- Administer Boda loans and monitor all loan repayments to manage portfolio quality effectively.
- Screen and enroll eligible customers for Boda Boda loans.
- Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Answer customers’ questions and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
- Develop and sustain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Analyze competitors, products, and procedures for better delivery by Mogo Loans SMC Ltd.
- Provide regular feedback to the Branch Manager on customer acquisition, repayments, and retention.
- Follow up with defaulting customers to maintain an acceptable Portfolio at Risk level.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Education Economics, or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of working experience as a loans officer or in the Microfinance Industry. Age between 22 and 32 years.
- Proven performance track record with a clean background.
- Familiarity with the Boda Boda Industry preferred.
- Riding experience and possession of a valid riding/driving permit with class A.
- High level of discipline and integrity.
