Position: Director of Rule of Law and Litigation Implementation

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of Rule of Law and Litigation requirements as per the organization’s mandate.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the management team.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support efforts to enhance member satisfaction and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Engage with members, partners, stakeholders, and ULS Council as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Work with the technology team to assess and implement digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s level degree or higher in Law, economics, business management/administration, development economics, project management, or related field.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Administration, and Management is an added advantage.
- At least 6 years’ working experience in top management, business development, or similar roles in a large reputable organization or Law Firm with complex environments.

- Impeccable integrity and professionalism.
- Strong understanding of legal regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable ability to Fundraise for Legal Aid and Strategic Projects.
- Experience in Legal aid projects and Pro-bono initiatives and change management is a plus.
