The Opportunity: Plan International Uganda is seeking a Head of Business Development & Donor Compliance to join its team in Kampala. This role is part of the Country Leadership Team and oversees the Business Development Unit (BDU) and Donor Compliance, ensuring timely donor reporting and fostering strong donor relationships. The role involves leading all aspects of Plan International Uganda’s programme development mandate in line with the approved country strategy.

About You: The ideal candidate will be a values-based and feminist leader with a deep commitment to gender equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion. You should have extensive experience in senior leadership roles within international development, with a proven track record in resource mobilization, fundraising, and strategic relationship building. Experience in risk assessment and managing diversified donor portfolios is essential. Fluency in English is required.

Location and Reporting: The role is based in Kampala, Uganda, and reports to the Country Director. Support with relocation is available for candidates outside Uganda.
