Job Purpose: The Senior Manager – E-Banking will drive the acquisition, onboarding, and utilization of the Mobile & Internet Banking channel. They will ensure stable and effective service delivery on electronic channels, collect and consolidate E-Banking performance reports, and scope the market for solutions to inform product expansion and evolution of the channel.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of a smart customer onboarding process to drive uptake of Digital Banking Channels.
- Ensure stable and effective service delivery on electronic channels to maintain at least 90% uptime for a better customer experience.
- Collect & consolidate E-Banking performance reports to track actualization against set out business parameters.
- Scope the market for solutions to inform product expansion and evolution of the channel.
- Develop Electronic Banking services handbooks and maintain a training schedule regarding digital Banking services.
- Originate proposals and recommendations to develop/structure E-Banking functionalities to meet current & future customer needs.
- Conduct periodic product reviews in alignment with market demand to support different segment needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a Business-related field.
- Added Advantage Training in Digital Finance.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a Managerial Role in a digital solutions environment.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Computer proficiency, especially with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Innovative, creative thinking, with a logical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to lead and work under minimum supervision.
- Great attention to detail.
