Job Description:
Uganda Coffee Farmers Alliance (UCFA) is seeking fresh graduates in the fields of Agriculture and Agroforestry to join their team. UCFA aims to provide efficient marketing and support services to enhance the commercialization of agriculture.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities.
- Assist in various agricultural projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of agricultural strategies.
- Support UCFA’s mission to promote business-oriented approaches in agriculture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agroforestry, or related field.
- Strong interest in agricultural development and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
