Job Descriptions
Sales Executives
Scope of Work:
As a Sales Executive at YAFEI GROUP (U) LTD, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Warehouse Workers
Scope of Work:
As a Warehouse Worker at YAFEI GROUP (U) LTD, you will assist in the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Familiarity with inventory software, databases, and systems.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
