Position: Finance Manager

Overall Purpose:
To provide leadership and direction of the finance department, offering technical and strategic guidance. Manage all financial aspects of the company’s operations and ensure the flow of financial information to management, the board, and external stakeholders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for finance management to align with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of the company budget to ensure prudent resource allocation and efficient utilization.
- Maintain an accurate, timely, and effective financial reporting system for statutory compliance.
- Prepare and submit timely management financial reports, providing insights for informed decision-making.
- Drive finance improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance process efficiency and output quality.
- Maintain an effective Cost Accounting System under the Company’s MIS.
- Periodically review all costs and pricing updates, ensuring product/service prices align with company policies.
- Lead, motivate, train, and coach the finance team to achieve overall strategic goals.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Accounting professional certification (ACCA, CPA) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8 years experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a reputable entity.
- Extensive experience in costing, budgeting, and planning.
- Experience in a manufacturing setup is an added advantage.
