Description

MTN Uganda is seeking three Quality Assessors to join the Customer Management and Training Department. The Quality Assessor will play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring performance standards for customer interfacing staff.
  • Providing specific performance feedback and support to team leaders.
  • Conducting regular development reviews and offering constructive feedback.
  • Communicating effectively on quality processes and standards.
  • Ensuring customer problems are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Implementing closed-loop feedback processes to improve service quality.
  • Conducting surveys and assessments as per business needs.
  • Collaborating with team leaders to maintain assessment consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, humanities, or a related field.
  • Customer service training certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecoms service environment.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a customer interfacing role within a service-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with telecom service delivery standards and customer feedback mechanisms.
